- Provides reliability engineering support for both the internal and external customers
- Provide technical support for Reliability Audit Program as part of product quality assurance requirement
- Develop reliability tests capabilities to support New Package Development, New Product Introduction, Process & Site Transfer Qualifications & Evaluations
- Works on Continuous Improvement programs to improve lab effectiveness in terms of cost , cycle time, process improvements & to achieve zero quality incidents
- Establish Preventive maintenance requirement of lab equipment & chambers and ensure PM is being performed timely per master schedule
- Must ensure all lab equipment & chambers are up running with minimal downtime
- Work on continuous improvements programs on Equipment efficiency & automation
- Setup of reliability test process, reliability test equipment, jigs, fixtures , establish PM standards & equipment downtime is kept to the minimal
- Ability to recognize when particular issues of highly complex nature are beyond his scope and to refer to higher level of supervisor for resolution and/or assistance
- Analyze and constructively challenge the approaches taken to resolve design/technical problems and offer alternative solutions where required
- Develop and provide technical solutions /directions for technicians and supervisors

- Bacherlor's Degree in Engineering
- Able to gather, organize and analyze information/data
- Able to lead team to improve lab processes & quality
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with all level of employees
- Entry-level prossess knowledge on quality systems is an advantage
- Must be computer literate
- English Language Proficiency is required
