We’re seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Administrative Assistant with demonstrated experience in a corporate environment. In this role, you’ll provide critical support to leaders and teams in our Operations and Manufacturing organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling business efficiency.

  • 8+ years of administrative experience in a professional, corporate environment (required)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, ideally within a fast-paced or technology-driven company
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished tone
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating across teams and regions
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions
  • Professional presence and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives or senior leadership
  • Background in a global corporation, ideally within semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with corporate systems (e.g., travel management, PO placement and similar tools)
  • Ability to anticipate needs and operate with a high degree of ownership

  • Provide administrative support to leaders and cross-functional teams in a corporate, global environment
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling across multiple time zones and shifting priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting
  • Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and communications for business use
  • Facilitate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Work with administrative assistants in other organizations to coordinate schedules, projects and other initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and drive efficiency
  • Support projects and initiatives tied to business and operational priorities
  • Maintain team office supplies, ordering stock, etc
  • Interface with support organizations like IT and Facilities to arrange and coordinate services for team members and support office/cubicle assignments for the team
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation (Teams, Sharepoint, etc)
