onsemi is looking for a senior motivated Global Account Manager. We are seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to work directly with a specific focus account, managing all account engagements and strategies.

  • Drive business development and revenue growth for AI server GPU core power management ICs in China, with a strong focus on strategic account penetration, design-win conversion, and long-term customer engagement.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders at server OEMs, ODMs, CSPs, and power solution partners; identify new opportunities in GPU core power, VRM, multiphase power, VPD, and related high-current power architectures.
  • Act as a strong cross-functional and customer-facing bridge between end CSP users, including ByteDance, Tencent, and Alibaba, and direct server customers to align technical requirements and commercial needs related to VRM and VPD solutions.
  • Lead customer-facing sales activities including opportunity mapping, demand creation, commercial negotiation, forecast management, and cross-functional coordination with field application engineers, marketing, product lines, and operations teams.
  • Understand customer system requirements and market trends in AI servers, data centers, and high-performance computing, and translate these insights into account strategies, product positioning, and competitive win plans.
  • Support the full sales cycle from technical promotion to mass production, ensuring strong execution on pricing strategy, supply alignment, customer escalations, and business closure in a fast-moving and competitive market.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Electronics, or a related EE discipline is required

· Must be self-starter capable of conducting assignments independently, reviewing own progress and providing on-going updates to management.

· Teamwork player and willing to travel as needed.

· Strong capability to coordinate and connect end users and direct customers, with the ability to align technical and commercial requirements across multiple stakeholders, especially in VRM and VPD-related opportunities.

· Sales or marketing experience in semiconductor or power management IC business, preferably covering AI servers, data center power, GPU/CPU core power, or related computing platforms with a proven track record strongly recommended.



• Take ownership of strategic account development and sales execution for AI server GPU core power management IC opportunities in China.
• Proactively engage with direct server customers and end CSP users to understand evolving technical roadmaps, platform requirements, and business priorities in VRM and VPD applications.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including FAE, product marketing, business units, and operations to drive design wins, resolve customer issues, and accelerate project closure.
• Maintain clear visibility on pipeline status, customer demand, competitive landscape, and revenue forecast, while ensuring disciplined follow-up and strong execution across all assigned accounts.
