Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of equipment and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, productivity improvement, and IE analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau will be advantage
- Broad understanding of semiconductor manufacturing cycle time, process flow, scheduling, OEE.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and Lean methodologies; Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with operators, engineers and managers toward site‑wide improvement.
- Strong oral and written English skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and successful in team‑based environments.
- Self‑motivated and able to drive projects to completion in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work 10–20% of the time in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and govern capacity planning models to ensure accurate short- and long-term capacity, demand support, and supply readiness.
- Lead productivity, OEE, and cost improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and structured problem solving, include developing and maintaining an accurate labor model.
- Set and maintain IE standards (factory layout, time standards, staffing models, methodologies) and ensure consistent application across manufacturing.
- Support NPI and operational changes by validating capacity, cycle times, and resource requirements.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support operational and management decision-making.
- Other duties as assigned.
