- The SCM Back-End Capacity Planning Analyst uses planning systems to provide a capacity plan that meets the product demand within stated capacities, as well as analyzes any demand and supply gap and works with BU Planning, Manufacturing, External Manufacturing team and Product Engineer as needed and mitigate the supply shortage by various means like capacity swap, site transfer and line expansion etc.

- Bachelors degree
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Software experience, SAP R/3, Oracle system are preferred.
- Good excel skills .
- Capacity planning experience are preferred
Working experience in semiconductor industry are preferred
- Be responsible for Working with IE to have right capacity planning into system
- Be responsible for the start plan to External manufacturing sites by weekly.
- Be responsible for the forecast to External manufacturing sites by Monthly.
- Be responsible for monitoring the sites packout performance by weekly or daily when need.
- Be responsible for following up IE to provide the Cappex ramp up plan.
- Identifying and addressing any capacity disconnects, and documenting any capacity changes
- Communicating with the factories, ON Semiconductor SCM, manufacturing and engineering on all capacity issues
- Conduct high level demand and supply analysis, work with BU planning & Supply Chain Analyst group on capacity analysis, capacity fulfillment for demand allocation adjustment.
- Train, delegate and provide guidance and tools to subordinates to enhance productivity and skill.
- Establish business process among planning groups or cross departments/sites for business target realization.
- Identify opportunity for business system improvement, initiate key projects and ensure deliverables are obtained as expected.
- Participate in NPI project and follow up on the progress to ensure ramp up in alignment with business develop requirement to have capacity planning.
- Performance measurement and expertise development for team members.
