Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industries
  • Exposure to B2B or technical marketing is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Solid execution skills with attention to detail
  • Basic data analysis capability (e.g., campaign tracking, reporting)
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, automation, analytics)
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in a clear way
  • Good communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience supporting technical teams (e.g., engineering, product, FAE)
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Lead Support

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, PR, and content distribution
  • Support lead generation and nurturing activities in collaboration with sales and BU teams
  • Track campaign performance (traffic, leads, conversion) and provide regular reporting
  • Make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness

2. Technical Content Development

  • Create and localize marketing content, including articles, case studies, whitepapers, and customer stories
  • Work with FAE and engineering teams to understand product features and translate them into clear, customer-oriented messaging
  • Support content preparation for external communications such as media materials and presentations

3. Marketing Data & AI Tools Application

  • Use marketing tools (e.g., CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools) to support campaign execution and tracking
  • Apply AI tools to improve content creation efficiency and campaign performance
  • Assist in managing marketing database, including data updates, segmentation, and basic personalization

4. Event Coordination & Execution

  • Support planning and on-site execution of events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on logistics, materials, and timelines
  • Prepare event-related content such as presentations, demos, and collateral
  • Collect feedback and support post-event performance tracking

5. Project Support

  • Provide day-to-day support on marketing projects based on team priorities
