This role is responsible for managing LG Electronics accounts (ES / HS divisions), driving technical sales activities, and expanding business opportunities. The position requires strong direct sales experience combined with solid technical knowledge in Power Semiconductor products.

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of direct sales experience in semiconductor or related industry
- Strong technical understanding of Power Semiconductors (MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, etc.)
- Proven experience in account management, forecasting, and funnel management
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Master’s preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LG Electronics (ES / HS divisions)
- Background in industrial or consumer electronics applications
- Strong communication skills in English
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel 50–70% domestically
- Ability to take ownership of additional accounts as business expands
Key Responsibilities
- Manage LG Electronics (ES / HS division) accounts and build strong customer relationships
- Drive technical sales activities including product proposals and design-in opportunities
- Develop and execute account strategy and business plans
- Manage sales forecast, pipeline (funnel), and revenue growth to achieve KPI targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (FAE, BU, Marketing) for customer support and issue resolution
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, with potential expansion to emerging accounts → (Account management, revenue, and strategy responsibilities aligned with existing SAM JD)
