onsemi is currently seeking a self-driven, motivated Equipment Technician to support operations and maintenance of handlers and ATE equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of maintenance duties on various types of industrial and manufacturing support equipment including but not limited to handler and tester.
- Preferably with knowledge on turret and discrete testers.
- Knowledge on turret handler, powertech testers, teradyne testers, and FET testers is a plus.
- Has good knowledge on automations, electrical, mechanical and electronics.
- Routinely monitor the equipment via computer terminals and daily maintenance rounds. Identify and respond to issues. Adjust as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Perform a variety of equipment repairs on mechanical and electrical.
- Perform equipment installations as needed base on production requirement.
- Perform maintenance and repair on mechanical systems such as motors, fans, valves and gearboxes.
- Work from verbal or written instructions, drawings, schematics, or sketches.
- Always comply with company protocols and safety requirements.
- Obtain and maintain all required skill certifications.
- Use quality techniques in performance of assigned tasks
- Maintain equipment and working areas in a clean, orderly condition.
- Perform other projects, tasks, and duties necessary to support site and corporate operations.
