Required Qualifications
• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 20+ years of experience in semiconductor or SoC development
• Proven leadership of large engineering teams and complex programs
• Expertise in:
o Networking / communication SoCs (Ethernet, SerDes, high-speed links)
o RTL-to-silicon development flows
o Cross-functional integration (Analog, Firmware, Systems)
Preferred Qualifications
• Automotive domain experience (ISO 26262, AEC-Q100)
• Experience with Ethernet PHY/MAC or similar high-speed architectures
• Customer-facing or product definition experience
Qualifications
• 20+ years of experience in digital IC/SoC design
• Proven track record delivering complex ASIC + FPGA-based products
• Strong expertise in:
o RTL design, DV, SoC integration
o Networking / communication SoCs
o Full product lifecycle (architecture → silicon → bring-up)
• Experience with automotive standards (ISO 26262, AEC-Q100 – preferred)
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture and development of Automotive Networking products (SerDes, Ethernet, high-speed connectivity)
• Own execution across RTL, DV, FPGA prototyping, and silicon bring-up
• Drive top-level integration in collaboration with Physical Design and SoC teams
• Define and track program milestones, risks, and delivery metrics
• Build and lead teams across Design, Verification, and Architecture
• Strengthen engineering processes (RTL-to-GDS flows, verification, DFT, low-power)
• Collaborate across AFE, DSP, Firmware, and Board teams
• Mentor leaders and develop internal talent pipeline
