We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support IDL (Indirect Labor) hiring activities for China manufacturing sites. This role will partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced hiring environment.
This is a temporary role to support peak hiring demand.

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IDL (engineering/technical) hiring
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and ATS systems
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Exposure to high-volume or project-based hiring is a plus
- Manage end-to-end recruiting process for IDL positions (from requisition intake to offer closure)
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and drive effective hiring strategies
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management
- Utilize multiple recruiting channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies) to attract talent
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the process
- Support offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with HRBP, C&B, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely hiring delivery
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure compliance with company policies
