The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining semiconductor manufacturing processes to ensure stable production, high yield, and high-quality products. This role works closely with manufacturing, equipment, and engineering teams to support process improvement and technology deployment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Materials, Chemical, or related fields)
  • Experience in semiconductor process engineering or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and basic device physics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Good communication skills in English

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Support process integration, yield improvement, and defect reduction activities
  • Plan, execute, and analyze DOE and engineering runs
  • Monitor inline data and identify process issues and root causes
  • Collaborate with equipment, device, and manufacturing teams for process improvements
  • Support process transfer, qualification, and production ramp-up activities
