We are seeking an entry-level Photo Process Engineer to support photolithography process development and optimization for semiconductor manufacturing. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve process performance, yield, and product quality.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- Basic understanding of semiconductor fabrication and photolithography process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred - Internship or project experience in semiconductor processing
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab)
Key Responsibilities - Support photolithography process development, optimization, and monitoring
- Perform experiments (DOE) and analyze process data to improve yield and reduce defects
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with process integration, device, and manufacturing teams
- Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement activities
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
