The Product Engineer plays a key role in supporting high‑volume manufacturing and new product introduction (NPI) for advanced power semiconductor devices, including SiC/Si MOSFET, Diode, JFET technologies. This position focuses on product performance optimization, yield and quality improvement, and data‑driven decision‑making through close collaboration with cross‑functional engineering teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Foundational understanding of semiconductor devices, fabrication processes, and electrical characterization.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, research, or project experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Familiarity with power semiconductor devices such as SiC/Si MOSFETs/Diode/JFET technologies.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, Minitab
- Understanding of reliability testing, yield analysis, or device characterization methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive yield improvement and quality enhancement activities
- Perform electrical characterization and support failure analysis to identify root causes of product issues.
- Collaborate closely with Device, Process, Test, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare technical reports, engineering summaries, and data‑driven recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to customers, including analysis of customer returns and field performance.
- Support new product development (NPI), including product characterization, qualification, and mass‑production readiness.
- Monitor production data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
