- Diploma, Technical Vocational Certificate, or Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- TESDA NC II/NC III certification (preferred for manufacturing and industrial environments).

1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Experience working with production machinery, automation systems, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with relevant technical training may be considered for entry-level positions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machines, and systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Repair or replace defective components, parts, and assemblies.
- Operate testing and diagnostic tools to evaluate equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Support production or operations teams by minimizing equipment downtime.
- Assist in equipment installation, setup, commissioning, and modifications.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities.
- Keep work areas clean and organized following 5S and housekeeping standards.
