In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and maintain relationships with external talent sources. - Act as the main point of contact for hiring at onsemi in the Czech Republic.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruiting/sourcing strategies to deliver headcount requirements within cycle time.
- Act as a Consultant to Hiring Managers on headcount planning and analysis.
- Identify improvement initiatives to provide customer satisfaction and excellent candidate experience.
- Effectively build and engage with talent communities through various channels.
- Provide recruiting support to other countries/sites whenever necessary.
- Organize and support branding activities to establish a recognizable “Employer of Choice” reputation for the company.
- Other duties as may be deemed appropriate or necessary.
