- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, or Physics (advanced degree is an advantage).
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in power semiconductor test and/or product engineering.
- Background in high-power semiconductors and analog driver ICs test development is preferred.
- Familiarity with Teradyne ETS88/800/364, AccoTest STS8200, PowerTech Qt4100 test platforms or equivalent multi-site systems is a big advantage.
- Wafer sort testing experience is an added advantage
- Experience with Labview programming is an added advantage
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Visual C++ programming and/or Python andLabView.
- Strong background in test development for power semiconductors and IC Gate drivers.
- Strong bench-testing skills using power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and curve tracers for debugging.
- Experience in dynamic testing of power semiconductors is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Effective team player with proven ability to collaborate across multi-functional groups and global locations.
- Additional Competencies:
- Solid technical project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Manufacturing Test Engineering teams to support new product development and ensure smooth ramp-up to mass production.
- Design, develop, and implement test software and hardware for SiC and GaN products, both for FT and wafer sort development.
- Establish comprehensive test coverage to eliminate test escapes and guarantee product quality.
- Perform product characterization, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable reports.
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new test methodologies, hardware, and software solutions for SiC/GaN devices.
