JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible and acting as customer advocate, proactively drive quality improvement activities, institutionalize closed loop quality system.
- Actively drive & highlight any process/product/equipment abnormality on documentation, material, process, products, environment to ensure full conformance to procedural requirement, standards or customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving internal quality improvement activities to ensure we achieve the external customer incident reduction goals.
- Drive CAR cycle time improvement.
- Consistent follow up/follow through on living 8D audit, BPI audit, IQA audit, and ensure gaps identified with closures per committed timeline.
- Periodically Review Maverick limit.
- Driving/Implement Effective Maverick process across all critical process steps.
- Core member & participant of quality problem system team.
- Driving Process Characterization/Optimization activities
- Ensure linkages and drive Gap closure for FMEA & Control Plan.
- Consistent follow up/follow through on defect detection & prevention activities to ensure corrective actions taken are effective / no recurrence.
- Complies with Vietnam law, Company regulations, RBA, EOHS, CoBC; and monitor, remind, help your employees/colleagues in compliance with Vietnam law, Company regulations, RBA, EOHS, CoBC
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum BSC in Elect Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Preferably with Quality systems and/or process engineering knowledge.
- Preferably 1-3 years Quality Assurance Experience but qualified fresh graduates will also be considered.

QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum BSC in Elect Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
- Preferably with Quality systems and/or process engineering knowledge.
- Preferably 1-3 years Quality Assurance Experience but qualified fresh graduates will also be considered. ership (daily, weekly, monthly, annually) on status, activities, and necessary improvements.
