Plant Operations & Maintenance: Responsible for the management of operations and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) System, NVCA (Nitrogen, Vacuum & Compressed Dry Air) System, PWS (Power System) and other Auxiliary System needed for uninterrupted supply of these utilities to the entire plant particularly production operation, general offices, and all other support areas

Water Operations & Maintenance: Also manages the operation and maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis/ Deionized Water System, Domestic Water System, Sewage Treatment Plant, Fume Scrubber and Fire Protection System to support uninterrupted supply of these utilities to the entire factory..

Education
At least with Bachelor of Science degree in either Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, (preferred but not required is, Master of Science in Business Administration and or exposure to Industrial Engineering) coupled with at least 10 years of directly related experiences. Other appropriate combinations of above-mentioned education and directly related experiences are acceptable if the ability to perform duties and responsibilities is demonstrated.

Experience
Strong background in facilities operations & maintenance, engineering, construction, installations, coupled with some exposure to manufacturing processes. This will include operating knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural processes/tools for new building construction as well as thorough knowledge of all applicable Occupational Health and Safety Administration, Safety and building codes.

Skills
Extensive working knowledge on the operation, control, maintenance, and repair of pumps, electric motors, fans, blowers, electrical and power panels, air-conditioning equipment (centralized, packaged & unitary units).
Has working knowledge of methods, materials, techniques, and costs applicable to construction, installation, and building maintenance.
Effective communication (verbal & written) skills coupled with information management abilities. General knowledge of computers such as word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Effective organizational, time management, as well as prioritizing skills. Has the ability to manage diverse groups of construction and maintenance personnel.
Highly developed interpersonal skills, management skills (influence, direct, motivate, evaluate), team building techniques, and leadership abilities.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in areas of facilities engineering, and project management.


  • Directs day-to-day activities of FACILITIES Shift Engineers & Technicians to ensure effective, safe maintenance and operation of HVAC, NVCA, POWER, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis/ Deionized Water System, Domestic Water System, Sewage Treatment Plant, Fume Scrubber and Fire Protection System and including Environmental Laboratory equipment.
  • Oversees and implements continuous facilities improvements, orderly and safe central plant/machine rooms, and continuous facilities cost savings and energy conservation measures.
