Job Description/ Mô Tả Công Việc:
• Manages the development of robust and cost-effective assembly solutions for New Product
Introduction (NPI) and support for Central Engineering (CE).

Giới thiệ u Sản phẩm Mới (NPI) và hỗ trợ bộ phận Kỹ thuật Trung tâm (CE).
• Completes assembly process releases and product transfer to manufacturing in the
shortest time possible.
Hoàn thành việ c phê duyệ t quy trình lắp ráp và chuyển giao sản phẩm sang sản xuất trong
thời gian ngắn nhất.
• Manage and prepare the documentation for NPI following the GWP procedure.
Quản lý và chuẩn bị tài liệ u cho NPI theo quy trình GWP (Global Work Procedure)
• Coordinate with Central Engineering (CE) on the design, development and qualification of
assembly hardware and software solutions.
Phối hợp với bộ phận Kỹ thuật Trung tâm (CE) trong việ c thiết kế, phát triển và đánh giá/
thẩm định các giải pháp lắp ráp về phần cứ ng và phần mềm.
• Coordinate with equipment engineering on the design, development and qualification of
assembly solutions.
Phối hợp với bộ phận Kỹ thuật Thiết bị trong việ c thiết kế, phát triển và đánh giá/thẩm định
các giải pháp lắp ráp.
• Spearhead the qualification of assembly equipment through proper execution of MSA /
GRnR / Correlation / Spike check / FTM configuration / System Integration.

Correlation, Spike Check, cấu hình FTM và tích hợp hệ thống.
• Gather and analyze assembly data to improve, simplify and optimize assembly process
solutions.

• Collaborating with CE and product engineering/Operations in resolving potential
manufacturing issues.
Phối hợp với CE và bộ phận Kỹ thuật Sản phẩm/Vận hành để giải quyết các vấn đề tiềm ẩn
trong sản xuất.
• Execution of customer samples, EBR, qualification samples and Safelaunch.
Triển khai và thực hiệ n các mẫu khách hàng, EBR, mẫu đánh giá chất lượng (qualification
samples) và chương trình Safelaunch.

NPI-Assembly Manager
• Assembly Strategy Development
Xây dựng chiến lược quy trình lắp ráp
• Define and implement assembly process strategies for new products.

• Ensure assembly process aligns with product specifications and customer requirements.

• Process Validation

• Oversee validation of assembly processes, including equipment qualification and
inspection station setup.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality

• Lead assembly development activities during engineering builds, pilot runs, and pre-
production.

xuất thử (pilot run) và tiền sản xuất
• Analyze assembly process data and generate reports to support decision-making and
continuous improvement.
Phân tích dữ liệ u quy trình lắp ráp và lập báo cáo nhằm hỗ trợ ra quyết định và cải tiến
liên tục.
• Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting
Phân tích lỗi và xử lý sự cố
• Manage root cause analysis of assembly failures.
Quản lý hoạt động phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các lỗi phát sinh trong công đoạn lắp
ráp.
• Drive corrective actions and process improvements.

• Team Leadership

• Supervise assembly process development engineers, technicians and operators.

• Provide training and ensure team readiness for ramp-up to mass production.

Qualification/ Trình Độ
• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
Tốt nghiệ p đại học chuyên ngành Điệ n, Điệ n tử hoặc Kỹ thuật Máy tính.
• Effectively works in a team environment.
Có khả năng làm việ c hiệ u quả trong môi trường làm việ c nhóm.
• Must possess strong written and verbal English skills.
Phải có kỹ năng viết và giao tiếp tốt.
• At least 7 years’ relevant working experience in assembly development/ manufacturing
engineering in Semiconductor or Electronic manufacturing environment.
