The Device Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, optimization, and industrialization of semiconductor devices (Si / SiC MOSFET, IGBT). The role involves cross-functional collaboration to solve technical issues, improve device performance, and achieve yield and cost targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in semiconductor device, process, or product engineering
- Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and power device technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Si or SiC device technologies
- Knowledge of yield analysis, DOE, or failure analysis
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or product engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Support device development and manufacturing activities for power semiconductor products
- Analyze device characteristics and performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Fab, Assembly, Test, and Quality) to resolve technical issues
- Participate in yield improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and problem-solving to support continuous improvement
- Execute assigned projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
