The Device Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, optimization, and industrialization of semiconductor devices (Si / SiC MOSFET, IGBT). The role involves cross-functional collaboration to solve technical issues, improve device performance, and achieve yield and cost targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in semiconductor device, process, or product engineering
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and power device technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Si or SiC device technologies
  • Knowledge of yield analysis, DOE, or failure analysis
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or product engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Support device development and manufacturing activities for power semiconductor products
  • Analyze device characteristics and performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Fab, Assembly, Test, and Quality) to resolve technical issues
  • Participate in yield improvement and cost optimization initiatives
  • Conduct data analysis and problem-solving to support continuous improvement
  • Execute assigned projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
