The Material Analysis Lab Operator provides operational and hands-on support to the Material Analysis and Failure Analysis laboratory, focusing on sample handling, routine lab tasks, DPA/CDPA execution support, and ensuring smooth daily lab operations for all packages including reliability activities.

Required Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent hands-on lab experience
- Entry-level fresh or to 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, lab, or technical operations
- Ability to work with precision tools and fragile samples
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in FA, reliability lab, or material analysis lab
- Exposure to semiconductor devices or wafer-level handling
- Familiarity with cleanroom or controlled lab environments
- Keen to work in laboratory environment and try a new thing

- Support day-to-day lab operations for material analysis, DPA/CDPA, and FA activities.
- Handle sample logging, labeling, tracking, and storage in accordance with lab procedures.
- Perform basic sample preparation tasks such as mounting, grinding, polishing, cleaning, and de-capsulation under supervision.
- Execute routine DPA/CDPA steps according to defined work instructions and checklists.
- Assist technicians and engineers during analysis and lab experiments.
- Follow all EHS, chemical handling, and safety protocols strictly.
- Support simple data recording, image filing, and report attachments as instructed.
