The Entry-Level Device Engineer will support the development and improvement of semiconductor devices (Si/SiC MOSFET, IGBT). This role involves device analysis, simulation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance device performance, yield, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication
- Understanding of MOSFET, IGBT, or power semiconductor devices is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for semiconductor industry and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities - Assist in device design, simulation, and characterization activities
- Support analysis of device performance, yield, and reliability issues
- Conduct experiments (DOE) and analyze data to improve device performance
- Collaborate with process, product, and reliability engineering teams
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical issues
- Support continuous improvement and new technology development projects
