We are seeking an entry-level Probe Technician to support wafer-level probing, test operations, and data collection. The role will assist engineers in ensuring accurate test execution, maintaining equipment, and supporting yield and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or testing
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or internship in semiconductor fab or lab environment
  • Familiarity with wafer handling or test equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform wafer probing and basic electrical testing using test equipment
  • Collect and manage wafer test data and support data analysis
  • Conduct visual inspection and measurement of wafers (e.g., microscope, SEM support)
  • Support probe card setup, equipment operation, and routine maintenance
  • Assist engineers in failure analysis and troubleshooting activities
  • Maintain accurate records of test results and lot status
