Process MS major role & responsibilities:
- Engineering activities assignment such as collecting data for evaluation sample or EBR sample, summary initial result for engineer, prepare simple report following template,…
- Hold lot verification (include initial information recorded from production floor, defect verification,….).
- Hold lot disposition (include visual inspection, wire pull/bond shear test activities,….)
- Ideas contribution for process/hold lot cycle time/occurrence improvement.
- Safety & 5S at working area.
- Focusing process: wire bond (70%) and die attach (30%) (+ collect reject bin at final test, case dependent).
- Relevant activities per engineering & supervisor assignment.

Graduated Secondary or Highschool.
Can work in shift
