The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while managing production personnel and resources effectively.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience.


  • Lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing and process-related challenges.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, capacity expansion, and cost reduction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
  • Analyze manufacturing performance metrics and develop action plans to improve operational results.
  • Support strategic planning, workforce development, and succession planning within the manufacturing organization.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, supervisors, and technicians to build a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the organization.
