Facilities Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) System, NVCA (Nitrogen, Vacuum & Compressed Dry Air) System, PWS (Power System) and all Auxiliary equipment for the uninterrupted supply of these utilities to the entire plant particularly production operation, general offices, and all other support areas.

Education
•Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related courses
Experience
•At least 3 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry.
Skills
•Knowledge on the operation, control, maintenance, and repair of pumps, electric motors, fans, blowers, electrical and power panels, air-conditioning equipment (centralized, packaged & unitary units),
•Demonstrates proficiency in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems
•Electronics or semiconductor manufacturing processes plus understanding of Cleanroom, OSHA, Safety and other regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
•Knowledge of PLC, motor control, pumps, air conditioning and electronics.
•Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
•Shows initiative and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to recommend system upgrades, optimize resource usage, and support sustainability and cost-reduction efforts.
•knowledge of computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
