We're looking for experienced equipment technicians to join our Suzhou Equipment team.

- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiar with equipment operation and maintenance.
- Familiar with equipment maintenance system.
- Knowledge of equipment PM/Cal procedure.
- Knowledge of product process flow.
Responsibilities
- Perform PM/CAL for the responsible equipment on time with good quality.
- Support production to improve the equipment performance indices on day to day basis.
- Perform major down repair and equipment overhaul and upgrade independently.
- Manage and control spare parts and tools for the responsible area, also to control and reduce the usage of spare parts and tools.
- Generate the equipment training material and conduct training to technicians and operators.
- Take lead in SMT and TPM activities to have significant output.
- Propose engineering solutions to improve equipment performance or environment.
- Equipment technical reporting writing.
- Identify and record any problem relating to the product, process and quality system.
