The PDM Business Process Analyst is responsible for providing Product Data Management (PDM) support related to Final Test, Sort Operations, and Die Mapping processes. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, driving process improvements, supporting system enhancements, and enabling efficient product data management across multiple business functions within the semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or any related field.
- Equivalent experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations may be considered.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Probe, Wafer Post-Fab processes, and wafer map-related applications is highly desirable.
Data Management and Analysis
- Analyze product data to identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies arising from existing processes, system configurations, and data structures.
- Perform detailed data analysis across multiple enterprise systems and facilitate accurate data implementation within Agile and other PDM platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and effective communication of product data changes to impacted organizations, including Operations, Engineering, Business Units, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Process Improvement and System Enhancement
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives involving Product Data Management systems and related business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Drive system and process improvements through structured analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Testing and Quality Assurance
- Participate in various testing activities for system implementations and enhancements, including:
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Functional User Testing (FUT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Cross-Team Quality Assurance (CTQA)
- Sanity Testing
- Validate system functionality and ensure compliance with business requirements and quality standards.
Documentation and Training
- Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and system-related references.
- Support reporting requirements and process improvement initiatives through comprehensive documentation.
- Communicate system enhancements, conduct user training sessions, and support Process and Global Learning Solutions (PGLS) initiatives.
