The EBR Coordinator supports the coordination and administration of Engineering Build Requests (EBRs) to ensure timely execution and readiness for production activities. This role monitors EBR progress, tracks cycle times, coordinates with relevant stakeholders, and ensures EBR-related documentation is properly managed and distributed to the required recipients. The position plays an important role in maintaining an efficient workflow and supporting operational readiness.

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, engineering, or administrative support environment is preferred.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-management practices.
  • Ability to monitor progress, track activities, and follow up on outstanding actions in a timely manner.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflow, and document control systems is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate and track Engineering Build Requests (EBRs) from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor EBR cycle times and maintain status updates to support timely execution.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure EBRs are prepared and ready for production activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EBRs.
  • Coordinate the distribution and shipment of EBR-related documents to the appropriate recipients.
  • Support document control and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Communicate EBR status and highlight potential delays or issues to relevant teams.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to EBR processes and workflows.
