Assist Reliability Engineers in executing PCT, dynamic reliability, HTRB, HTGB, H3TRB and other reliability tests, including test system operation, data collection and failure verification, to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient laboratory operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to support dynamic reliability and PCT/HAST laboratory testing activities.

- Diploma or vocational certificate in electronics, physics or other relevant fields

- Basic English language skill to be capable to read and write brief email.

- Experience in Dynamic Reliability Testing, PCT Reliability Testing, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), burn-in testing or semiconductor reliability testing is preferred.

- 1-year relevant experience in semiconductor preferred, fresh graduate will be considered. Basic knowledge of electronics

- Support dynamic and PCT reliability test development, qualification, and implementation of new test methodologies.
- 支持动态测试和PCT 测试可靠性新试验方法的开发、验证及导入实施工作。
- Perform dynamic and PCT reliability test setup, sample loading, execution, monitoring, and data collection.
- 负责动态和PCT的测试搭建、样品装载、测试执行、过程监控及数据收集工作。
- Support the day-to-day operation of HTRB, HTGB, H3TRB, HTOL, HAST and other reliability qualification tests.
负责HTRB、HTGB、H3TRB、HTOL、HAST等可靠性试验的日常运营。 - Analyze test results, verify failures, support electrical screening, and assist engineers with root cause investigations.
负责测试数据分析、失效确认、电性筛选，并协助工程师开展根因分析工作。 - Develop and maintain test procedures, operating instructions, test logs, equipment records, and reliability test reports.
编制并维护测试流程、作业指导书、测试日志、设备记录及可靠性测试报告。 - Participate in laboratory process improvement, automation projects, and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
- 参与实验室流程优化、自动化建设及效率提升项目。
- Always practice 5S requirements, ESD protection, EHS rules, and quality management procedures.
- 始终遵守5S要求、ESD静电防护、EHS安全规范及质量管理要求。
