- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical or its equivalent Technical Courses/Technology Graduates
- Proficiency in basic electronics and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Preferably with knowledge in product testing and troubleshooting
- Work experience in Semiconductor Probe, KGD, AOI and TnR process is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resilient, adaptable, trainable and can coordinate effectively with cross functional team
- Flexible and must have a strong mutitasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Familiarity with any of the Test Platform: ASK1K, ASL3K, ETS364, ETS800, Advantest, Powertech, Fettest Testers
- Familiarity with any of the Handler Platform: Prober (P8-XL, WDF-DP, Precio XL TEL), TnR Machine (DS10K,DS15K,DS20K Muehlbauer , MI10, MI30, MI40), Semight PB6400, CSM2000, CSM3000 Wafer Marker Machine
- Familiarity with any of the AOI Machine: ICOS, Camtek

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on Probe, SiC KGD, AOI, and TnR equipment to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
- Execute scheduled PM activities in accordance with maintenance plans, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, hardware, and system-related issues to minimize downtime and production impact.
- Support equipment setup, qualification, calibration, recovery, and buy-off activities.
- Monitor equipment health, analyze failure trends, and recommend actions to improve reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
- Support machine improvement initiatives focused on uptime, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process, Product, Test, and Equipment Engineering teams to address operational and maintenance-related concerns.
- Assist in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions for recurring equipment failures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, downtime reports, and PM documentation.
- Support EFAR, FMEA, risk assessment, error-proofing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, EHS, and operational standards.
- Provide technical support during equipment installations, upgrades, engineering evaluations, and new product introductions.
- Support spare parts management and ensure maintenance readiness of critical equipment.
- Participate in PM transformation initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
