Job Summary
The Lab Technician will support Senior Technicians in board bring-up activities and shipment packing. The candidate will work closely with Senior Technicians, and the Test & Tune Manager on various tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the testing and tuning of headboards, demo boards, adapter boards, and use-case demo platforms.
- Deliver demo board testing and tuning activities in accordance with documented procedures and weekly plans.
- Ensure demo board builds meet ON Semiconductor quality specifications.
- Read, understand, and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) related to board rework.
- Assist the Lab Manager in maintaining the laboratory and managing raw material inventory.
- Support daily lab operations, equipment maintenance, and compliance with laboratory safety requirements.
- Assist with packing and preparing shipments as required.

- Quick learner with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics or a related field.
