  • Masters or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in working with modeling & simulation on power modules.
  • Multiphysics Modeling & Simulation (Electrical, Thermal, Mechanical)​ of Power Modules.
  • Virtual Product Development & Digital Twins​.
  • Machine learning & Agentic AI​.
  • Ansys tools or similar​.
  • Strong English communication capability.
  • Strong learning capability.
  • Good team player.

Required Core Expertise

  • Power Module expertise with a focus on Multiphysics Modeling & Simulation (Electrical, Thermal, Mechanical)​.
  • Virtual Product Development & Digital Twins​.
