The Senior Manager, Business Systems is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise business systems that enable global Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Management. This role serves as the primary liaison between Procurement stakeholders and IT, ensuring technology solutions drive operational excellence, scalability, compliance, cost optimization, and supply continuity.
The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of procurement processes with strong expertise in ERP platforms, procurement applications, systems architecture, business transformation, and semiconductor operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Systems, IT, Supply Chain Systems, Procurement Systems, or ERP leadership roles.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical and business-facing teams.
- Experience supporting procurement and sourcing organizations within a semiconductor, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or similar complex global environment.
- Strong expertise in ERP and procurement platforms such as Oracle, Coupa, or equivalent.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide system implementations and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Systems Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the technology roadmap supporting Global Sourcing and Procurement.
- Lead business process transformation initiatives through automation, digitalization, and data-driven decision making.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and procurement platforms to improve operational effectiveness.
- Establish governance, prioritization, and portfolio management processes for procurement-related system enhancements.
Procurement & Sourcing Systems Management
- Own the end-to-end business systems landscape supporting:
- Strategic Sourcing
- Direct & Indirect Material Procurement
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Supplier Risk Management
- Supplier Quality Management
Program & Project Management
- Lead large-scale digital transformation programs across procurement and supply chain functions.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, and project resources.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish project governance, risk management, and executive communications procedures.
