- Graduate of a 2-years or 4- year technical course primarily on Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology or Electronics Engineering (Undergraduate), Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawing, work instruction and process documents.
- Familiar with different electronics measuring instruments.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word)
- Strong analytical skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules.
- Detail-oriented.
- Fast learner with flexible.
- Performs general manufacturing functions for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
- Conducts quality testing across all stages of production. Collaborates with engineers to set up and calibrate production machinery.
- Assists engineering teams in designing and conducting technical experiments.
- Utilizes sophisticated software to collect and evaluate real-time operating data.
- Performs on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment based on data insights.
- Determines process control methods to stabilize or modify manufacturing workflows.
- Develops standard procedures to optimize long-term production quality.
