ON Semiconductor is seeking a highly-motivated, Compensation Analyst to join our fast paced Compensation team. As a Compensation Analyst, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and administer ON’s compensation programs globally. This role will also consult and collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition on compensation related inquiries. Flexibility to manage competing and shifting priorities is essential in this position.

- Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance or related field; CCP certification a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of compensation practices and principles
- Strong analytical, mathematical and computation skills
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite; must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrated ability to act with discretion, confidentiality and with good judgment
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Self-starter with strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner
- Required to conduct business with the highest legal and ethical standards
- Assists in administering compensation programs globally, including the annual merit review, bonus program & salary range development
- Consults with HR partners and recruiters regarding compensation policy interpretation, new hire offers, promotions, market analysis, job evaluation, and other compensation projects and initiatives
- Conducts job evaluation and support job structure management
- Assists with content development and training of compensation programs and practices to HR partners and managers
- Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analyzes pay data to assess and determine the company’s competitive position
- Conducts periodic compensation related audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws in applicable jurisdictions and company policies globally
- Collaborates on various compensation projects
- Periodically audits and updates compensation document content to ensure relevancy; loads to SharePoint site
- Accurately analyzes and prioritizes details while consistently producing error-free work
- Acts in a safe manner at all times and ensure that those around them do not put themselves or others at risk
- Other duties as assigned
