- A.S. in Engineering Technology, Material Science or related field preferred.
- Highschool diploma with 3+ years of experience in a similar job function, minimum.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of SEM, EDX, FIB and AFM tools, preferred.
- Ability to multi-task on various projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hourly: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $21.20 to $36.92 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. - Responsible for driving FA efforts for various aspects of compound semiconductor fab process and resulting high power products.
- Support fab tool bring up & process development by providing cross-sections and other FA efforts.
- Sample preparation and imaging consisting of cleaved cross sections, polished cross sections and FIB/SEM cross sections as well as top-down SEM imaging.
