We are seeking an IP Project Manager to lead and oversee IP development projects across the organization. This role will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of IP-related initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong project & stakeholder management skills, and flexibility to work with teams in the US time zone.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field (university degree in Electrical Engineering is an advantage)
- 5+ years of PM and industry experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, organizational, and risk management capabilities
- Proven experience managing highly cross-functional, high-stake initiatives
- Own end-to-end delivery of IP projects
- Create and review project plan including risk mitigation and effort/cost estimation
- Drive execution rigor using program management best practices, ensuring milestones, risks, and deliverables are clearly tracked, reported, and delivered on time
- Serve as central point of coordination between internal IP teams and BU customers. Report to management located in US.
- Facilitate governance forums, program reviews, and executive readouts on IP development strategy, status, and risks
- Review and continuously improve IP program management processes, tools, and metrics
- Partner with IP leadership to support organizational metrics, budgeting, forecasting
- Oversee the accuracy and usability of IP data across systems
