Operator 1 is responsible for performing production activities in accordance with established manufacturing procedures, quality requirements, safety standards, and productivity targets. The incumbent operates equipment, performs visual inspections, maintains production records, and supports continuous improvement activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

- Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent.
- Certificate or vocational qualification in a technical field is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production tools according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, or production support activities as assigned.
- Follow all quality, ESD, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct visual inspections and identify defects or abnormalities during production.
- Record production data accurately and complete required documentation.
- Escalate equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety incidents to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Participate in training and certification programs required for assigned processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals and production targets.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times.
