Qualifications – External
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.

Support sourcing managers in managing external manufacturing suppliers and strategic sourcing initiatives. - Coordinate and track RFQ activities, including supplier communications, quotation collection, cost comparisons, and data analysis.
- Assist in preparing supplier evaluation and sourcing recommendation packages.
- Maintain supplier databases, pricing records, contracts, and sourcing documentation.
- Analyze supplier quotes, cost structures, lead times, and capacity information.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams to support sourcing projects.
- Support supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and continuous improvement activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for sourcing and business reviews.
- Participate in supplier meetings and document action items and follow-up activities.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify supply chain opportunities and risks.
