onsemi's East Fishkill (EFK) facility is seeking a motivated Engineering Intern to support wafer sort operations and analog circuit development activities. This role offers hands-on experience working with engineering and equipment teams while gaining exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, analog circuit design, and product development in a high-volume semiconductor environment.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a related field.
- Interest in semiconductors, electronics, and hardware development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hands-on engineering environment.

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $26.00 -$44.00 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. - Collaborate with equipment technicians to set up and qualify wafer sort equipment for new wafer products.
- Assist with wafer sort process development, troubleshooting, and equipment readiness activities.
- Participate in schematic reviews and support component selection based on design and performance requirements.
- Support evaluation and verification of analog circuitry through simulation and testing.
- Analyze engineering data and document findings, test results, and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing engineering projects and process improvements.
- Present project outcomes and technical learnings at the conclusion of the internship.
