Qualifications – External
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience using SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $26.00 -$44.00 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support site operations and improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Support headcount planning and workforce modeling activities by providing data insights and trend analysis.
- Assist with parts management and tracking processes, including inventory visibility and reporting.
- Create and enhance training enablement tools, metrics, and reporting to support workforce development initiatives.
- Support budget planning activities through data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Build reporting solutions that help identify operational challenges, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams.
- Collaborate with multiple departments on business and operational development projects.
