Position Overview
A unique opportunity to join a high growth division whose mission is to design breakthrough compute SoCs, utilizing onsemi products, capabilities, and solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help define, commercialize, and grow next-generation MCU products and platforms. This individual will serve as the business and market leader for assigned MCU products, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to translate market needs into winning product strategies.
The successful candidate will combine technical depth, business acumen, and customer insight to influence product roadmaps, drive revenue growth, identify new market opportunities, and build sustainable competitive advantages.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Applications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technical Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience defining or commercializing semiconductor products.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, software development ecosystems, and customer application requirements.
- Experience conducting market analysis, competitive benchmarking, business-case development, and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MCUs, embedded processing, industrial automation, motor control, robotics, power electronics, automotive electronics, AI edge computing, or connected systems.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and supporting strategic customer engagements.
- Familiarity with software ecosystems, development tools, and embedded solution platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategies, market requirements, and roadmap recommendations for MCU products and platforms.
- Research market trends, customer requirements, application needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Develop market-sizing models, business cases, growth strategies, and revenue forecasts.
- Lead voice-of-customer activities and maintain relationships with strategic customers and ecosystem partners.
- Establish differentiated product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Evaluate competitive products, technologies, software ecosystems, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Applications, Product Development, Sales, Operations, and Corporate Marketing throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support product launches, sales enablement activities, customer engagements, and design-win opportunities.
- Contribute to annual business planning, product portfolio strategy, and long-range growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand MCU offerings through derivatives, partnerships, software, tools, and ecosystem investments.
