Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of semiconductor process engineering experience.
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and process control methodologies.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SiC, power semiconductor, or wide bandgap technology.
- Experience in technology transfer, yield improvement, or process qualification projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Perform process characterization, data analysis, and DOE (Design of Experiments).
- Investigate process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support yield improvement, defect reduction, and process control activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new technology development and production ramp.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to engineering teams.
