Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a similar capacity or function.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Advanced programming skills and experience using statistical software such as Excel, Minitab, DataPower, or Exensio.
- Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and Python is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform data analysis, apply structured root-cause methodology, resolve complex technical issues, and drive corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Own and sustain the Product Engineering team’s cost reduction, scrap, and quality dashboards and analysis tools.
- Extract, transform, and load data required to develop new dashboards and analysis tools.
- Support product owners in making data-driven decisions by identifying high-impact focus areas and prioritizing improvement efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Product Engineering team to develop new models and algorithms that identify improvement opportunities in cost, scrap, and quality performance.
- Support report automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, consistency, and timeliness.
