- Monitor and perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment to ensure stable operation.
- Collect and organize inline measurement and inspection data.
- Support wafer/lot handling, Fab‑in/out processes, and sample logistics.
- Assist engineers with testing, documentation, and technical support activities.
