EM Test Engineering team is looking for a Senior Test Engineer located in Suzhou China to support the Probe/Test operations for AMG in China, mainly for the OSATs listed below.

- At least 3 years of experience about Semicondutor projects or sustaining activities.
- Familiar with Test Cell knowledge
- Familiar with Test Operation Flow
- Familiar with Probe Docking/Interface Setup
- Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus.
- Proficient English is a MUST
- Capable of coordination and communication among multinational teams to deliver results
- Organized, Focuses on facts & open-minded with integrity in all aspects.
- Managing Probe/Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in China
- Maverick lot dispositions
- On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
- Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
- Responsible for major subcons KPI including
- MPE cycle time
- Lot Reject Rate
