The EVP, Sales, Marketing & Commercial Operations will be responsible for overseeing TARGAN’s global commercial strategy and execution, driving long-term revenue growth, and aligning corporate marketing, branding, and business development initiatives with strategic company goals, while assuring “Total Customer Satisfaction”. This role will focus on expanding TARGAN’s footprint across key global markets, including North America, Europe, and Latin America (LATAM), to capitalize on market opportunities and build strong relationships with international customers and partners.
EVP, Sales, Marketing and Commercial Operations will lead three essential teams and functions at TARGAN™ with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Commercial Integration Engineering
The individual will be responsible for the oversight of all commercial activities for TARGAN’s state-of-art capital equipment from sales through commercial integration, field installation and continuous service, while establishing/expanding and leading all global marketing, branding, and communications. This individual must have a proven track record of sales growth success with experience in implementing and organizing business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining key customer relationships.
As a part of this oversite, you will lead the transformation of the internal synchronized processes for the TARGAN™ teams to create a more efficient foundation utilizing best practices, while seamlessly integrating international Sales, Marketing and Field Service partner organizations. The ideal candidate has experience in senior-level corporate environments but has shown the ability to be hands-on in taking sales strategies and best practices and implement them creatively and effectively in an entrepreneurial enterprise level with complete focus on customization and integration of TARGAN’s systems in customers’ automated processes to full customer satisfaction, as well as key account management structures and success.
Responsibilities for this position includes full involvement in the development and execution of commercial and product strategies, and long-term revenue plans and participation in corporate strategic planning for TARGAN.
The successful candidate will possess a proven background in “Equipment-As-Service” model of Capital Equipment, Technical Integration of Capital Equipment, and ideally have worked with international representative organizations. Experience in Poultry Hatcheries or Processing Plants segments would be advantageous.

Global Sales & Commercial Initiatives
- Meet or exceed all sales targets by driving team performance and leveraging innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead, train and manage a high-performing global sales team.
- Identify and pursue market expansion opportunities in global poultry sectors with a focus on growth in Europe and LATAM.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate a global commercial perspective early in product development and evaluate new technologies for market potential.
- Align and Lead Sales & Marketing, and Commercial Integration Engineering teams in Pre/Post Sales process by establishing new / upgrading existing processes.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and implement a global commercial strategy, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction, strategic planning and market expansion in North America, Europe, and Latin America.
- Lead strategic Key-Account sales initiatives that drive business development, market penetration, and partnerships in diverse geographic regions, particularly for capital equipment sales.
Global Marketing Leadership Functions
- Develop and execute TARGAN’s go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth in key international markets.
- Lead corporate branding, marketing, and communications initiatives, including global public relations, media strategies, and social media management.
- Conduct market research in North America, Europe, and LATAM to inform product/service line decisions and identify region-specific opportunities for differentiation and value creation.
- Maintain and leverage global market data to analyze competitive landscapes, identify trends, and inform long-term strategic planning.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships in key regions with focus on best utilization of TARGAN Field Service team to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and product innovation.
- Drive global public relations activities and support investor relations (IR) and fundraising efforts with international stakeholders.

Global Business Development and Partnerships
- Represent TARGAN in customer meetings, business conferences, and industry events across North America, Europe, and LATAM.
- Develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and licensing opportunities with international stakeholders to expand the company’s platform technologies and market reach.
- Foster relationships with global industry stakeholders, including vaccine manufacturers, genetics companies, and technology developers, to identify opportunities for collaboration and mitigate competitive threats.
- Support the development of global business development priorities, including participating in prospective customer meetings and assisting with proposals tailored to regional needs.
- Develop and manager commercial budgets, including sales forecasts, cost projections , and profitability analysis.
Organizational Performance and Commercialization
- Be a key contributor to drive the company’s global transition into seamless global operation, through various tools and processes such as CRM to centralize global customer data and improve cross-functional collaboration and business continuity.
- Scale TARGAN’s commercial operations, leveraging startup experience to establish robust systems and processes that support growth and sustainability.
- Serve as a key leader in strategic decision-making and operational planning to ensure alignment across all regions and functions.

B. Experience and Certifications
- 20+ years of experience in capital equipment sales for Poultry/AgTech company, or similar, including leadership roles in Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Business Development.
- Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced corporate environments; startup experience is highly desirable.
- 10+ years of experience leading marketing, branding, and communications functions, with a focus on international markets.
- Extensive experience working with and selling capital equipment, including technical knowledge of complex machinery, understanding customer needs, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering value-based solutions.
- Demonstrated success in scaling up in new markets and establishing commercial operations.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales targets and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Experience working with diverse global teams and a proven track record of expanding market presence in Europe and LATAM.
